In the summer of 2014, everything changed! I was offered a position to enter back into the classroom. I began my journey as a Paraprofessional. This position helps support teacher teams throughout the school year. More and more grade bands were becoming strong with more teacher support. As one instructional coach put it, "a team of two and operates as one!" I supported the team for three years and then carried the same support into first grade. It was then I decided to pursue my certification and teach. Nuasin is a family. They support, guide, and develop you as a scholar and yes, as a teacher too!
