Our rigorous approach fosters scholar innate curiosity.
Our lower school curriculum offers challenging academics alongside social and emotional education. We believe in developing the complete child daily through proactive and reactive community circles and a middle school advisory program. Our scholars actively participate in some of the best curricula available that are aligned with and go above and beyond what is required by state standards. Through engaging, hands-on, and discussion-forward lessons, our scholars build their knowledge and skills with the support of a facilitating teacher.
My favorite subject is math because numbers help us understand the world. You can use what you learn in math class anywhere. In addition I love stuff that is challenging,and in math you do all sorts of equations and calculations. Math at NNGCS is very different because they let you do projects that help you understand the subject very well. At my school everybody in the classroom is allowed to express their ideas. In addition some scholars in math class may not understand the topic, but some scholars do so this is when me and my fellow classmates get to share what we think.Kings Kwadjo-Peprah 7th grade scholar
When I grow up I want to be a Engineer for NASA. The reason for why I want to be a Engineer is because Engineering is mostly math. Me personally I love math, math is one of my most valuable passions and becoming a Engineer for NASA will complete and fulfill it.
